I have had this brooch for a while. On the back its signed 'Walt Disney productions' and '1962'.
Poor Bambi almost broke his neck at one point and you can still see the plastic has a slightly lighter color on that place. Thats why I never gave it to the kids! Other than that he seems alright. His eyes, nose and white dots are painted on.
I cant seem to find any more info on it though. Is 1962 really its production date? Where was it made? Where there also a Snow White and the dwarfs and a Cinderella brooch or is little Bambi the only fellow?
My girls do prefer cinderella and the other princesses though. Poor little bambi!

Newtimes, that is correct 1962 was the production year, these were made for a couple years in the 60's and there were other characters, I remember Thumper and Flower, but sure there were others also.
