I had never seen anything like this before! It claims it's a westmoreland piece. I'm not sure if it is a rare piece or not. If anyone has any interesting details on it, please share!! Again I'm sorry if the picture is sideways. I can't seem to get them to be normal when posting from my phone.

yes, Westmoreland made these is various colors. Some do have the trademark on the back.

Is it rare or a pretty common piece? I couldn't find much on it and haven't ever seen anything like it before so I wasn't sure. Thanks for your help

I would guess not rare and also not too common. Was made as late as 1984 from the mark I've seen, but not sure how early it was introduced. Looks like it was original in decorated milk glass and later in colors.
