Wood, he's about two feet tall , could be from Italy ? Hand craved . Maybe 1700 1800 who know , let see what you can come up with ? I looked up his coat of arms and got one thing . What do you think he is ? This is top of the line real deal old hand craved . He is half round on back side , like a tree. And has a hang hole in his back .
He looks like Christopher Columbus albeit a young depiction of him. He was born in the Genoa region so certainly was Italian. RER
