Frank Ferrell (1871-1961) designed and made pottery for several companies in Zanesville, Ohio, including Weller, Owens, Peters & Reed, and Roseville. He was the art director at Roseville Pottery from 1917 to 1954. He designed more than 90 lines for Roseville. Some of his pieces are marked "Ferrell" and some are marked with his initials, "FF." Pine Cone.
I believe this one is Peter and Reed Aztec moss line cuspidor.
