1925 pedal car; 1923 airplane swing; 1940 rocking horse

This is a photo of my mother taken about 1925 on the family farm in her pedal car, She was born in 1920. My grandpa, mothers Dad was pretty handy so maybe he built this ? Not sure. I never remember ever seeing it and that's strange because he was one that kept item it seemed like forever.

He built a airplane swing for his girls in 1923.
And a rocking horse for me as a youngster in 1940
