These images are of The Verizon Building in Wilkes-Barre, PA. Obviuosly, of the Art Deco era, much of the building's design has not been altered. However, a newer addition has been added, whose style contrasts with this design.
Unable to locate a cornerstone, I am thinking that the newer addition may be obscuring it.
