Thai dancer cast iron (I think)

I traded an old miniature broken cast iron stove for this asian dancer looks like it used to be on a stand but it is gone now. there is a small rust spot near the knee so I believe it is cast iron and I believe there is a piece missing from the headdress. I have not found any just like this but have found similar items that have its same features like the long fingers and similar headdress and they were all Thai. Any help in identifying it would be great!
