Pocelain Flapper Made In Japan. I really do not know what this item is. Is it a cigarette holder ashtray? Is it an incense burner? Is it a trinket box? Does anyone out there know??? It looks a lot like actress Louise Brooks.

ashtray and replicates the smoker dolls that were so popular in 20's . If you put your cigarette down it would go in her mouth and make her look like she was smoking is my guess . Love her !
