I believe this is Murano tourist glass. The quality doesn't seem as good as others. This was one of my first pieces from 2002. The bird is clear/green/amber glass and is 7.5 inches tall and 2.5 inches across.
Not sure -- I had a bird on a round base something like that -- but there were rings in the base too. I have no idea.
