Handsome Pot, Interesting Glazes & Gold accents~12"h, Signed J. Tory?...any guesses?

Hello,
This afternoon I was on my way to Trader Joe's and decided to stop at the Goodwill.
This vase was standing on a shelf at the front of the store.
I thought it was a handsome piece, probably from Pier 1, and was reluctant to pick it up
but I figured it was worth a look at the bottom, just to be sure.
Happily it's signed, and has a nice bottom:)
Looking it over I admired the different glazes, designs, and the nice hand shaping of the pot.
The signature's a puzzle. It looks readable until you start trying to figure it out. I thought it might be several different names, but didn't have any luck when I tried looking them up.
It's so beautifully made, there must be a number of pieces out there by this same artist.
Any help or guesses welcome
