It appears to be American brilliant cut glass.
It may be a loving cup or maybe a sugar holder.
It has two handles and is 5 1/2" tall and 4 1/4" diameter at the top.
It appears the eight feet and two handles were molded on the blank.
The rest has fairly sharp edges and appears to be cut.
Can anyone help?
Beautiful. . we call this piece a "spoon holder." It was used to sit on the table or buffet and hold extra spoons for desserts, etc.....
I'll bet that dinnerware set was FABULOUS!

FYI This is not American Brilliant Cut Glass but a very fancy pressed glass, it is a beauty!
I have been buying and selling ABP Cut Glass for over 25 years.
It is pressed glass. The pattern is Fortuna by J.B. Higbee Glass Company, circa 1910. Collectors sometimes call the pattern "Perkins". If you look closely inside the bottom, you may find it is marked with Higbee's unique trademark: a bee with the letters H I G going across the bee. Not all pieces were marked, and the mark is very weak sometimes.
