It is a trench art cross.

These were a popular souvenir item during the Great War (WW1).

The roundel is from a German buckle and the rest is from bullets and shell casings.

If you'd like to see a variety of trench art pieces, take a look at my postings. I am a trench art collector and have many of my items posted on this site.

Thanks for sharing and welcome to CW!

I love the use of the German motto "God Is With Us" on a crucifix!

      Shell casings are French
