I picked this unusual beautiful floor lamp last year in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. I say unusual because the shade moves up and down with a rope that goes through a tube. It has just enough weight at the end of the rope so you can adjust it to the height you want. Also the electrical cord is inside the rope and comes out the end to plug it in. The shade looks to be hand made as well. The lamp is painted several rich colors to make it very appealing. I've only seen a few of these lamps in all my years of antiquing.
