      Hi,
I think the mark is `Amphora`` and ``Made in Czechoslovakia`` around it.
Try to read it and tell us,please.
Very famous pottery manufacture in TURN-TEPLITZ.
      Cheers

Riessner, Stellmacher and Kessel, Amphora Pottery Turn-Teplitz, Bohenmia, now Trnovany in the Czech Republic. Amphora Porcelain Works ran from 1892-1945. Prior to WW1 Bohemia was part of the Austro-Hungarian empire.
The mark should stand for 1918-1939 period, more probably closer to 1939.
      Easily Googled with ``Amphora Czechoslovakia``.
