Wooden wallphone just out of an old house.
Looking for any information on this phone.
Says 3C on ear piece, which seems to correspond to a known candlestick phone.
    Thanks!!

Your AE wall phone dates to around 1926, the dial is a type 24. the 3c stamped on the transmitter face plate is to be used for a common battery central office. This phone first appeared around 1918 with the letter "A" in the hook switch and a older transmitter. the corresponding candlestick is a AE type 21. I have this wall phone in my collection with and without a dial.

These phones were imported to the UK and Australia. Lot of information https://www.britishtelephones.com/t055.htm

I have one and it works great, dials out and answers in coming. Rings too !
