Red Mark/Stamp - Don't have a clue yet will have to research
What I do know is I love it so I purchased it :) and of course it was under $5.00 USA dollars so couldn't go wrong ;)
Not sure if that is weeping willow design but that is what I will call it.
The dark blue leaves really make the flowers (gold and rust/orange) pop.

I think Toyo were an exporter of ceramics, hence the sticker. Did you find anything on the seal in Gotherborg?
lol i think they stylised the japanese word satsumi here by means of a mark ,
