    i picked these up in a junkshop in Berkeley yesterday. I think that those are chopstick rests, but not certain. The box says Arita, but i don't know anything else about them except they are pretty.

      Yes, I would say that they’re chopstick rests, I’m surprised that they’re still with the bowls, being so small!

      thanks Master and maryh! i think that there were also chopsticks with the set, but they are gone.
