Not sure of the age of this fan. It's made by GE and is dark green with agold GE logo in the center of the fan. I have had it since the mid-1980's. It was being thrown out and my husband brought it home. It had to be rewired. Other than that was in perfect working order. Ocelated beautifully and is considerably quieter than most fans today. It's also very, very heavy!

Is there a model number somewhere on it? I am going to guestimate it at 1925-1930s. Could be older that sort of suspension was used for fans from the 1910s and early 20s but those tended to have brass blades.

The year can be looked up by the metal plate riveted to the base.
