    Victorian setting/scenes on panels. Wood handle with metal. Unsure what material the tassel is made out of. Condition: 2 slight tears in corners

    I enjoy it but get nervous about opening it up. Anyone have any thoughts as to rough age? That's the only question I have.

      What is the length of the fan? Looks quite small.
