This was found and I have no idea what it is. Can anyone help to identify this? The curiosity is killing me and I don't know what else to say except that I need to enter a hundred characters here.

What's it made of? Is that a jaw at the top? Looks like a beautiful spanner wrench! More pics would be good

Agree with slackjack. It looks like a toothkey-- antique dentists tool.

I wish I had more pics but it's not here with me. I was thinking an old school basin wrench. I'm not familiar with a spanner wrench but I'll look into that thank you. As far as a tooth puller, I'll see if I can find a willing volunteer.

I don't think spanner wrench fits. I was just thinking out loud. Basin wrench fits better but why so pretty? How big is it? Tooth puller might be it

I'd rather get punched in the mouth repeatedly until the tooth fell out, but that's just me

It looks like one end if the tee handle could be used for that!

Apparently the straight handled versions are older, the later ones had a cranked stem. The curved end was manoeuvred under the tooth so that it could be levered out.
It looks like the T handle has two different ends. One side has a small ball but the other has a point. I wonder if these features also had a function?

slackjack is right. It is a dentist tool for pulling teeth. It is called a "tooth key"
