I found a couple of painting but I have no idea if where from French by Mike Angelo

I found this paint, I'm not an expert on painting overall this paint was vert dusty and was kept with a family of militaries, who travel the Europe but this paint was set in San Francisco California on an address lo no longer exist. Any help will be Greatly appreciated, the canvas is very old and some parts need a lot of restoration. Is worth taking time to restore this paint.?
