    Trying to identify. Yard sale find. Looks to have some repaint. I can see some original paint lines under white. Hollow body. 18 inches beak to tail.

      Oh yeah, it looks like the bill broke off and that has been repaired too. It does have the glass eyes but because of the bill and repaint job, it completely lost it's monetary value, in my opinion anyway. Too bad cuz some of those run high price! Set him out in your yard or a pond. That would be kinda cool!

      Thanks for your comments. I appreciate any help I can get. I took another look at his bill . It is carved that way. I sent a couple more pix. Is there any way to correct a paint over? Thanks
