I thought maybe it was a flask, but when you screw the top off, it's exposed metal and actually screws off like a screw and not a bottle cap.
It doesn't appear as it it attaches to anything, or like anything is missing.
i have no idea what it is.
I am considering it a flask.

Possibly a perfume bottle?
I thought of that, but there isn't any scent to it. Usually with perfume bottles, no matter how hard you clean them, there is a slight perfume scent left behind.

You could be right there also. Maybe i just happened to find the part and unscrewed it thinking it is a cap and I assumed it was a bottle it's actually just how it was made
