Yes, I believe his dad's name was "Oscar George" so little George makes sense.

Indeed, my grandfather Oscar was Oscar Gorge Potier, because his British grandmother' family name was George. But my father's middle name was never George. The family called him jorginho as a joke, sometimes they calle him gigi!
The napkin rings were my favorites too. There were more than the ones shown here. They were always used in the family dinners, and I loved polishing them. They were not used at diplomatic dinners, for fear someone would "accidentally" take one as a souvenir, ha ha!
