This is not a hobnail, bu has star type designs - it is marked with Fenton sticker and emblem in the bottom. Just don't know the pattern - what is it called? Unknown value.
a good resource for Fenton is the Fenton Fanatics website that has online catalogs. Can't see the details in your images to determine a possible pattern.

also, to help date baskets you can look at the handler's mark where the handle is joined to the basket. Here is a link to Fenton basket handler marks:
