I just picked this up at a house sale last week. There is no label inside, so I am not sure of the manufacturer. The key is supposedly original to the clock, and reads Waterbury. It is made of oak, with brass numbers and a brass disk on the pendulum. Not sure of an exact year, but most likely made around 1915. It keeps perfect time, and chimes on the hour, as well as the half hour.
