McKee's Innovation lines were continued into the 1920s, as evidenced by some pieces found in color, like this lovely No. 410 Oval Orange Bowl. I'vc also seen square vases in No. 410 in pink.
Even later, some pieces were made in milk white, most likely done by Thatcher Glass Mfg, McKees successor. I recall seeing the No. 412 Footed Orange Bowl (with stand, two pieces).

thatcher was not mckees successor, mckee became a subsidiary for a couple years until it was bought by jeannette. from what ive red they only used mckee to make television screens, x-ray glass, ect
it seems arguing semantics since Thathcer bought and operated McKee as a division to say it's not a successor. Whereas, Jeannette Glass subsequently bought and operated the factory for their own production use.

Hobnail-lover: take a look at Stout's book on McKee glass. She shows catalog reprints of punch sets originally produced by McKee and mentions they were continued by Thatcher.
Weatherman shows a pink Innovation vase. I have also seen some in person, along with milk white two piece orange bowls in Innovation No. 412.
innovation # 412 was also called "snappy" correct? cause that is the first pattern i found when i was looking for it. and thank you i will be looking for this book
The only pieces labeled Snappy by McKee on a catalog page headed "Miscellaneous Innovation Cut Glass Items" are an Apple Bowl, 10" Footed Fruit Bowl, Ice Tub, and Rose Bowl. The pattern is very similar to No. 412, but the panels on Snappy contain small 6-petaled flowers, and the panels on No. 412 contain a larger, mulit petaled daisy-like flower. The background design of "Daisy and Button" appears to be the same on the two patterns.
yes, it was the rose bowl that i found. and no the backround patterns are different, on mine its "cane and button" on "snappy" and some of the other ones that i have seen it is the "daisy and button" but from what i have seen there is a few of these in various cuts with either press cut backround. mckee did alot of s---, that is for certain. but thank you for helping me to narrow it down :)
Well, remember that McKee's Innovation consisted of many different patterns, each given their own line number. The Innovation name was an overall term to describe the technique of part cut, part pressed glass. The motifs are similar, but the cut flowers/fruit and pressed background designs vary.
