Picked this up over the summer at the local flea market. Got it for a fair price because the motor wasn't working. Being the inquisitive creature that I am, I quickly found the problem and fixed it within a few minuets (fixed a few clockwork motors for my toys). I don't have much information on the company, other than it is "British Made" (as the truck says). As such, I'm not certain about it's age. If I only had the clockwork to look at, I'd say 1930s. Marx was using a similar, though functionally different, motor at that time.
I don't know English toys very well, so I'd love to hear more information.
