Fairly common according to the beer can grading and scarcity guide. This type cone top was produced up until 1960. The Fox flat tops are quite rare and quite valuable. Fox flat tops can go for $800 each. You would be wise to do some research on this one and try keeping it where the rust doesn't get worse and it doesn't get any more damage than it has.

Thank you for posting this Lakefive! Great can. This type of can and variation is worth about probably $75.00-$125.00 based on what can be seen in the pictures. They do not show all the condition specifics of the can very well so it may be a bit less or more depending on this.
