My "Flexy Racer" made by the S L Allen Co who also made the Flexible Flyer Sleds and Planet Jr. garden tools. Pat 1938, however they made the same model for 30 yrs. Wish I had ridden it down the hill when I bought it. Thanks and have a good un'
