    These Czechoslovakian 1920-1938 pieces are decorated in a similar style to pottery. They are usually painted on a white or cream-colored milk glass and sprayed to create the base of the glass (except for #2 that is jade tango) then the colors are applied flowers are hand drawn. The flowers are more a paint than enamel, they have a translucent look to them. I can only imagine the dread of impoverished ladies or girls having to do this over and over again... They are not for me... but cool to identify, well... that is really impossible as they are more a "style" and most certainly not made in one factory. Enjoy...

      Possible, Maybe different department...artists for pottery and ones for glass. or maybe just copying the style
