These were from a collection of vintage prisoner photos from 1929-1930, and all from Pennsylvania & N.J.

You know what they say, "GUILTY UNTIL PROVEN INNOCENT", it's suppose to be the other way around, but you know the reality. I think that they are suspects, but by the end of the day they are going to jail.
