Here is another garage sale find from last weekend. This is a military M16 binocular, with case. It appears to have some kind of range finder in it.
Here is some info I found:
American Military binocular 7 x 50 “M16 “ Nash-Kelvinator corp 1944
No: 789 Stock number: 7578343
7 x 50, made by Nash-Kelvinator Corp. In 1944 production started. Anti-reflection coatings were applied on most binoculars which were produced in 1944, 62.756 M 16 binoculars were built.
They have “C-05” painted on them.
They work great, the case is just a little scuffed up, but for $10.00, what the heck.
