This antique rose gold ring is simple but very nice to see and.... to wear!
There are two big rose cut diamonds.
Unfortunately, there are no marks to find but that is more common from jewelry of that time. Is this ring called a toi et moi ring I'm not sure?Itself I think this ring Victorian. Do you have another idea? Let me know please !

My mother has a ring like this. I think it was fairly common? I am not not sure if Victorian, think younger. Love the toi et moi name!
Hello AmberRose, again thanks for your comment. I'll think it's Victorian because in my country yellow gold is "modern"but the rose gold was used in earlier days. But of course I'm not sure of the exact period.
Hello Agram. I agree with you about the gold but still think this is 1910 or so. Please remember that I am not an expert by any stretch. Hopefully one will weigh in!
Hoi AmberRose neither I am. I'm trying to get an expert myself. One of the ways to be one is much to read, see and hear from other collectors. So I am currently busy for CollectorsWeekly to write a report of my visit to the Jewelry Museum in Pforzheim Germany where you can see jewelry far more than four thousand years or jewelry history are here represented by original examples. Our fellow collector here Kevin and his wife are so kind to correct this article on English language. I get photographs from the museum to place here too.
Hope you are intested.
Oh yes, very interested...and excited! When does it come out?
Eagerly awaiting your report Agram!
AmberRose and wolcott1, as soon as possible but I'v to wait for the approval and sending of the photographs from the museum. That will cost some days of week. But very soon, thanks for your comments and interest!
I absolutely love this ring! It looks as though the diamonds are set in a closed setting, am I right? That makes me think its older than 1910. It's similar to my ring and I'm still in doubt about its age. And yes, this is also a Toi and Moi ring.
Hello Newtimes, you are right tyhe diamonds are set in a closed setting. We hope both there will come a collector who could tell the date?
