Hi,
This clock would probably be a later Seth Thomas clock from the 40's 50's or 60's. The maker is American, but it looks like the movement is foreign, like maybe English or German. I can see that this one has a two rod chime, and so a clock with this chime is generally called a "Dual Chime".
