The clock still works and keeps good time, but the radio needs some TLC. Some of the capacitors are a little tired, and it has gotten pretty "hummy". One of these days, I may get around to replacing them.

HQ-100...the filter caps are an easy replacement. Almost every other cap in the set is a very reliable ceramic disc or mica and are likely just fine. It's Ham band only brother, the HQ-110 is on a shelf, right above R-390A #2 and a Hallicrafters SX-99.

Good old vintage Ham receiver. I got an HQ-129-X on the shelf right here next to a couple of Hallicrafter receivers. An S20R Sky Champion and a SX100. No clock in the HQ-129.
