Blown Blue Honeycomb Flower Vase-Any Ideas on Whodunnit?

This really isn't a regular run-of-the-mill Vase when you look at the shading from light blue at the base to a deep blue at the Crimped top, the concave under-base with a rough pontil and the "Crystal" quality of the glass so I assume it was made by a reputable Glass-maker. Would anyone have any suggestions on who dunnit? It measures 9 1/4" tall by 4 3/4" wide at base. Thanks everyone, RER (LOUMANAL)
