Hello Hope someone can help. I think this is an oriental item. It is all hand painted and appears to be very old. It is made from an early light weight resin of some type. The bail and chain are sterling and have many large and crude sterling 925 marks (early style numbers and lettering) I am unable to find anything similar to this piece. It does have my curiosity running wild. Any info. on identification or age would be greatly appreciated for sure. Thanks very much
