    When I got into collecting,it was red glass I bought first.
    Is this meant to be an ashtray ?
    Quite heavy and has a yellowy tinge to the edges !
    1970s perhaps !

      I'm sure this is from Murano. 70s is probably about right.
      Could be from any glass house on Murano - would have to find an identical one still with a sticker to know for sure.

      You do have a fair bit of red glass!
