For those of you who are familiar with me, are well aware that I have a thing for french copper cookware. This is one of my pieces that I had posted a while back. This pan is made heavy gauge 3mm thick and tin-lined, it holds just over 4 quarts and is a hammered style sauce pan. I received this pan as a gift from a very nice couple that I catered an international brunch of Oysters Rockefeller, Bloody Marys, and many other delicacies of fancy at their house at Lake Las Vegas back in 2002. It is definitely one of my favorites. =)
