      They are European- late 1800's-early 1900's...possibly made in France or Bohemia. RER(BOB)

      Thanks loumanal,,,,,there is something written on wick adjuster which is not clear ,,,,,but i can make out last three words which saya,,,,,,,BURG
      May be it was pittsburg or something like that
