This vase is eight inches tall and very heavy.

I think it is pressed because it has seams, but on the other hand, the seams are not sharp. The foot is odd, I have not seen one like that. I got them at a sale here in Atlanta because I thought they looked kind of simple but elegant and kind of Art Deco-y.

no help of ability to hold anything but generally speaking, this shape is often called a rocket vase

Love what you've done with the walls, i mean ceiling, i mean floor!

Veronique, when you save off your iPhone in a send to your main computer it saves the photos side ways, I have the exact same problem every time. You need to go in to your file where the photo is, right click the mouse and select Rotate Clockwise.
Let me know if you need any further help. Some gen ys in here don't understand some a lot of older ppl aren't used to the technology. I can see now that you've got this issue as you've now posted your other vase with the same issue.
Don't assume ppl that old farts like me know how to fix things. Offer help first!

happened upon this ID by accidents while researching another piece of Fostoria. The 8" vase is shown in the 1936 Fostoria catalog.
