This is an ugly Vase I bought (for cheap!!) It was so ugly that I wondered if it could be something like GEORGE E. OHR Pottery. So hey, I bought it. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, right? ( I wear glasses)......LOL. Anyways I find no marks on it (rats) and it appears that it is made up of a mixed clay. Doubt we will ever know the maker on this one ----WHEW.
I thought this was a chance to have some FUN and post your weirdest, or ugliest piece of whatever type of collectible you have....or why you bought it. Pretty sure this is a student piece...not a professional student but a "hey let's try pottery" student.

Definatly a weird design what do you think it is?? Almost looks like the tongue of scallops!! Like the ugly idea sounds like fun :-)

Definitely a student piece, it's a pity he/she was an economics student. My children used to bring me stuff home from school like this, although theirs was always signed! :-) William
