I was able to find another by same artist on ebay but seller had no luck researching history of artist. Its a cool looking print and the frame looks old to me. Please help find more info on artist.

I came across this while researching the same print...it is actually Nancy Bicknell and it is called "Winter House". You can find it on Facebook under Nancy Bicknell Studio listed as one of her works. It is actually fairly modern since according to her bio, she did not start until 1980. I was able to see that the last art showing as actually sold was in 2011, a lot of 7 (including this one), hand signed, for $349. Hope this helps!
Oh yea! I finally found you and her. I found a lovely one yesterday and will post pictures this morning! That's the great thing about this site...it really helps when someone finds out something and shares it. Thank you!
I was glad to find this post. I have 2 of her pictures. Watermill 7/700 and Octogon House artist proof. Her Facebook page says she does giclee prints. I had thought these were watercolors and ink. I think I paid more for them 25 years ago than they sell for now
