I found this watch in my grandfather's closet and my father said that it was given to him by his friend during the world war two and he was also in the world war two and the watch is also Russian

Sorry to say this, but it's not a watch from WW II.
These watches were made till the early 2000's for tourists. The factory closed down a couple of years ago.
They are very good. I have a couple of them as well. Recently bought one for 5 euro. As good as new.
