It has a blue speckled glaze over brown but no markings that I can find. It is very heavy and about a foot tall. Not sure if it is vintage.

Can you add a pic of the base? Even if unmarked it can help a lot with attribution

its a recent Asian import, most probably produced in China. Made in the last 10 years.
