WooHoo!!! I get so excited when something actually downloads! And look SEAN68, no sideways pics :)

Here's one of those things I was talking about earlier, if someone didn't toss it out, where would we all be???

They tossed out these old matchbooks that have actual wooden matches in them. In the second pic the top row is the same as the bottom row, so I opened the second row so you can see the matches, I hope. And can anyone tell me...what exactly is the "difference" supposed to mean??? And/or what does that have to do with matches? (PIC 3)

So by the coming in 1971 date, I'm assuming (uh-oh) these are 60's & 70's.
They have water damage, but what can one expect for free...

I'll upload the cigar box I found them in next. Crossin' my fingers.

The "difference" in picture three refers to the classic drawing of the little boy and the little girl both looking down their underpants to see that "There is a difference". LOL

I seemed to overlook thanking anyone for the loves and comments. I apologize for that to all!

First of all, pops, most of these are front strikers. As I think back I do remember the front ones and the back ones. I don't remember the fact that it was a safety issue but it makes sense, doesn't it?! Thanks for your love & comment.
