- ©1994 - Valvoline Oil Company Division of Ashland Oil, Inc.
- The card measures 3 1/2" by 2 1/2" and depicts a 1896 Riker Electric Car on the front driven by A.L. Riker who drove it to a win in the 1896 Rhode Island State Fair Race and on the reverse is some race trivia.
* The Riker was a brass era electric car founded in 1898 in Elizabeth, NJ.
Designed by Andrew L. Riker, they were built in small numbers until the company was absorbed by the Electric Vehicle Company in 1901. The Rhode Island Race was the first automobile race done around a track in the USA. - The winner's purse was $900.
