Mother of pearl satin glass ruffled vase

This vase has a beatifull colour. I had not seen another before or after "in vivo". I love blues and green thus I feel that it was done for me . When searching on internet what it is found a very similar one at http://www.ebay.ca/itm/VICTORIAN-MOTHER-OF-PEARL-BLUE-SATIN-GLASS-9-25-VASE-/141328736434. The pontil of both, the ruffled rim, the colour are similar but not identical. Clearly mine has a bronze mount that is old and the pontil has been polishe till to reach the inner white case glass layer. The history of MOP is so interesting from a technological point of view.
