B.. Albert clock?

Hello fellow collectors. Today I have another antique clock i acquired at a swap meet. Its a weight driven wall clock, and thats about all i know about it. Ive tried to look up the name but nothing shows. I think it was a custom made clock for someone but I want to know who the maker is. If anyone can help identify the clock or knows anything about it, that be greatly appreciated. Thank you, and happy looking.
